Return / Refund Policy

In accordance with Kuwait’s Consumer Protection Law No. 39 of 2014, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not permitted unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.

Once an order is placed, the item you selected will be delivered as is. Requests to change the product after placing the order will not be accepted.

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, you must contact us within Twenty-four (24) hours of delivery.

This policy is valid for fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery. Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

To report a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team at byblusheinfo@gmail.com with the following details: name, address, order number, phone number, and email address, and the reason for the request.

All requests will be reviewed as soon as possible. If the product is confirmed to be damaged or defective, appropriate action will be taken in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
